Green Smoothie Bowl:

Greens: Spinach – 1 x handful

Veggies: broccoli – 2 x florets, cucumber – 2 x chunks

Fruits: banana (frozen) – 2 x medium, avocado – 1 x half, lime – ½ x peeled

Nuts & seeds: pumpkin seeds – 2 x tablespoons, brazil nuts – 1 x small palm size

Powder: Fem21 – 1 x scoop, Pea Protein – 30g

Liquid: Coconut water – (less or more as desired for thickness & blending)

On Top: Granola, Buckwheat, Strawberries, Cacoa Nibs
